Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2, 2026

1. Agreement

ExelQbank (the “Service”) is operated by Excel QBank (“Excel QBank”, “we”, “us”), based in British Columbia, Canada. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your province or country to subscribe. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity under your account. One account is for one person; do not share your login or redistribute question content.

3. The Service

ExelQbank provides MCCQE1 exam-preparation materials, including practice questions, clinical vignettes, and explanations, delivered online on a subscription basis. We may add, change, or discontinue features over time.

4. Trial, subscription, and automatic renewal

New subscriptions begin with a 3-day trial with full access. You provide a payment method at sign-up. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan of CAD $29 per month, and renews each month at the same price until you cancel. Each renewal is charged automatically to your payment method on the renewal date. Prices are in Canadian dollars.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings, which open the Stripe customer portal. If you cancel during the trial you will not be charged; if you cancel after renewal, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We will give reasonable advance notice of any change to the subscription price.

5. Refunds

Because the Service is digital and access is immediate, we generally do not provide refunds for subscription periods already started. The 3-day trial exists so you can evaluate the Service before any charge. Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. If something has gone wrong, contact support and we will try to make it right.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute question content; not to share your account; not to attempt to bypass the subscription gate or access the Service by automated means; and not to interfere with the Service’s operation or security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

7. Intellectual property

All content provided through the Service is owned by Excel QBank or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the content for your own exam preparation only.

8. Educational use only — not medical or legal advice

The Service is an exam-preparation aid for educational purposes only. It is not medical, clinical, or legal advice and must not be relied upon for patient care or professional decisions. ExelQbank is not affiliated with the Medical Council of Canada and does not guarantee any exam result.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and the accuracy or completeness of the content. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Excel QBank will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any non-waivable rights under your local consumer law.
